Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting for a number of Factory Operatives for our client based in Pollington on an ongoing basis.
Hours
There’s an option of 2 shifts, please see below for details.
Option 1 - 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off). The hours of work will be 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am
Option 2 - Week 1: Monday - Thursday days (Mon - Wed 6am - 6pm and Thurs 6am - 2pm)
Week 2: Monday - Wednesday nights (6pm - 6am)
Pay
Starting hourly rate of £12.00
Duties
Ensure efficient running of the production line
Support in the automatic manufacturing process of concrete blocks
Ensure that all processes are completed correctly
Includes heavy lifting
Requirements
Good team player
Hard working and reliable with a strong work ethic
High attention to detail and awareness of health and safety
This is a physically demanding role and you will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout your shift.
Own transport is essential due to location
