Due to internal progression and succession Hickory’sare now looking to recruit a General Managerto join our team in the North West. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and you will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000per annum PLUS earn up to an extra £5000+ with our ’Tip Jar!’.

Key Responsibilities Of Our General Manager
  • The day to day running of the venue
  • Doing rotas, stocks and management of the team
  • Oversee an enthusiastic and hard-working team delivering a quality service to a high standard
  • Developing and training the team to a high standard to maximise both service and bottom line profits
  • Working to Labour budgets
Essential Requirements Of a Hickory’s General Manager
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ordering and stock controls
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
