Hanselmann & Compagnie Ltd is a medium-sized management consulting company that has its registered office in Leamington Spa – our headquarter is located in Stuttgart /Germany. For well-known customers especially from the automotive manufacturer / -supplier industry, the industrial goods sector and mechanical engineering we design sustainable solutions and accompany in the operative implementation. In doing so, we consistently focus on value enhancement and always think and act entrepreneurially to create a sustainable added value. To build up the UK location and lead a consulting team we are looking for a highly motivated, empathic and entrepreneurial-minded General Manager (m/f/div)

Tasks

  • You take responsibility for the planning and implementation of challenging consulting projects in the areas of strategy, organisational development, product management, R&D and operations
  • Together with our customers, you develop innovative solutions and business models along the entire value chain, identify potential for improvement and ensure a value-added oriented and sustainable implementation
  • You will develop & support key account customers by being the first point of contact, strengthening customer relationships and identifying and developing potential
  • You are able to identify the needs and requirements of the customer and translate them into conceptual solutions and operational measures
  • You are committed to the further development and growth of the company
  • You lead a project team and ensure the content and methodological competence of the team members
Requirements

  • Successfully completed, technically-oriented course of study with a focus on industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable orientation
  • Several years in top management consulting or/and professional experience in the area of strategy development
  • Leadership experience and an empathic team leadership is a matter of course for you
  • Demonstrable expertise in the following industries: automotive manufacturer or supplier, mechanical engineering or industrial goods sector
  • You convey competence through your appearance, confidence and master even difficult situations with aplomb
  • Your are dedicated, responsible and goalorientated
  • Hands-on mentality and problem-solving attitude
  • Mother tongue or very good knowledge of English as well as organizational and communication skills
