Salary £42,000 - £50,000 + 40% bonus


Revolucion de Cuba is looking for a new General Manager and we are truly excited by the opportunity of bringing in new talent to this site. This site is packed full of Cuban charm and charisma. We are looking for a General Manager who is really focused on delivering an amazing customer experience through influencing staff and managers alike.

Our beautiful site on the Royal Albert Dock is looking for a new General Manager. A regular tourist trade, proximity to large events and one of our busier food sites, there’s a lot to go at here that will require a well rounded and experienced General Manager.

We are ideally looking for a general manager who has experience leading both food and drinks orientated businesses. With a strong brand behind Revolucion de Cuba we are looking for someone who has experience in developing ideas and building a big following, behind the front of a big name.

As a General Manager within our business you will be responsible for all the site KPIs and be given personalised development plan. You will have been in a General Manager role for at least 12 months. Ideally you will have controlled sales volumes of over 20k and had experiences in a branded bar/food environment. You must have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards.

The Revolucion de Cuba brand is totally unique. Designed around great food, proper drinks, live music and loads of salsa, we are dedicated to keeping the heat up long after the sun has gone down and carrying on until it rises again. Our food is a melting pot and fusion of flavours from Spain, Mexico and South America, cooked up in dishes inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana. Our drinks are for lovers of rum, drinkers of cerveza and spirit connoisseurs. We are the cantineros of Cuba, and now you have the chance to be part of the story.
