We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who has a proven background in property maintenance.
The future member of our team will:
Assist the Maintenance team in maintaining the standards within the property ensuring the upkeep of its facilities with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
Ensure the completion of daily job lists assigned and preventative maintenance schedules.
Prioritise key tasks ensuring minimal disruption to the service we provide to our guests.
Establish and maintain good communication and working relationships with all departments.
Have experience of working in a similar style property, which is essential to this role.
Once familiar and competent with what the role entails you will be required to be available for the emergency out of hours rota.
You must be able to drive and have a reliable form of transport.
Hours of work are either part time of around 18 hours per week or full time of 40 hours per week. This will involve working some weekends.
Holiday, 28 days per annum pro rota, including Bank Holidays.
