General Maintenance

The role

Our General Maintenance colleagues are an integral part of our exceptional properties. You’ll have the unique opportunity to travel between our UK based locations five days a week. We’ll take care of your concerns about rising costs and cover mileage, provide accommodation and meals during the week, reducing your daily expenses and making you a permanent member of our team.

The responsibilities will include:

• Conducting preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and equipment, including carpentry, painting and decorating
• Handling all maintenance issues within our hotels
• Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
• Being an integral part of the central team

What you’ll bring to the team

You will already have experience as a General Maintenance Assistant or possess general knowledge on the trade. You should be confident, proactive and able to take ownership of the safety and functionality of our hotels with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work are essential.
