We are a family run dairy farm in Lamphey Pembrokeshire, milking 150 cows and have an autumn calving block. We are passionate about farming, with a forward thinking attitude and are constantly striving to develop and improve the daily efficiency of the farm, with a high standard of herd health and animal welfare at the forefront of everything we do, and therefore would be looking for someone with a similar attitude who is keen, eager to learn and reliable.

We are looking to employ a part time worker to join our existing team, all training required will be provided and whilst no previous experience is necessary it would be preferable. The successful candidate would be expected to assist with tasks such as milking, calf rearing, scraping up, bedding down of animals, and general farm work.

The working schedule would mainly consist of morning and evening milking’s, including some weekend work, however days are negotiable.

Hourly rate: Competitive rate of pay, to be negotiated.

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
