We are excited to be preparing for the return of some of our flights into London Heathrow. This is as a result of the recent government announcements relating to travel to and from the UK.

You will undertake food preparation duties as part of a production team, assist chefs with any other basic food prep duties required as per recipes for daily menus. In addition, help with general duties within, our cleaning, dish room and bond store as and when required.

Production/Kitchen - Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
  • Ensure all airline products are to specification.
  • Ensure production schedules are met.
  • Ensure and check all products are supplied to relevant departments in an organised manner packed into the appropriate equipment ready for use/dispatching to aircraft.
  • Pack carts/ Production trollies to the required standard and in accordance with passenger volumes.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained to the required levels and organised as per production schedule.
  • Rotate stock is rotated to get maximum shelf life.
  • Record, report food wastage.
  • Adhere to clean as you go standard.
  • Adhere to COVID19 measures.
  • Support other departments and teams when and where required to maintain production/dispatch schedule.

Skills And Knowledge
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in catering (desirable).
  • Basic, Literacy and Numeracy skills.
  • Awareness of HACCP, Basic food hygiene and DFT requirements.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible team player, able to interact with, colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times.
CONTRACT: Full time; Permanent, Starting as soon as possible.

LOCATION: London Heathrow.

SALARY:£8.91 per hour.

Benefits: Parking on site, meals provided whilst on duty, full uniform and PPE provided.
