Our client is a prestigious historic castle, located in the Scottish Highlands. We are currently recruiting seasonal service assistants to join our catering team in the onsite restaurant facilities.


Key responsibilities

  • To keep restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times
  • Following strict food, and health and safety practices
  • To provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers in a 5 star visitor attraction
  • Cash handling & operating EPOS tills
  • Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
  • Providing excellent service at the occasional event within the venue


Uniform is provided for all staff, and meals are available whilst on duty. Accommodation may also be available within walking distance of the workplace if required & upon request.


You don’t need any experience just an appetite for excellent customer service, an appreciation for good food and the rest we can teach you.
