Overview:

We are seeking a General Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties:

- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing and answering phones
- Respond to incoming emails

- Raising invoices for work done

- Liaising with suppliers
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

- Assist in adding and scheduling jobs to our drivers

Experience:

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Xero is a major positive
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 27 per week
