Applications are invited for the position of Outdoor Estates Worker. This is an all-year round, highly manual, outdoor role.

Working as a fully ‘hands on’ member of the Gardens & Grounds team the post holder will maintain and develop all external areas across the school estate to the highest of standards, ensuring that all planted, lawn and domain areas are provided with the appropriate seasonal care they require. The Outdoor Estates Worker will also undertake more general tasks relating to pruning, weeding, lawn mowing and edging, and path and road maintenance.

Basic mechanical and machinery maintenance skills are essential as is a full driving licence.

Salary package will be commensurate with experience and includes a generous school fee discount, and complimentary use of the excellent leisure and dining facilities.
