British Garden Centres is a well-known large UK retailer known for its high-quality customer service, plants and restaurants. As a growing family business, we are driven to have the best quality customer service in our Garden Centres.

We are currently looking for Garden Centre Team Members at our Thatcham Garden Centre. As a team member you will play a fundamental role in ensuring customers leave our centres happy whilst taking pride in ensuring our centres are looking their best.

This role will be for a minimum of 6 hours a week and be primarily working Saturdays, but we will require you to be flexible.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Be dedicated to high standards of customer service
  • Good with technology – ideally previous experience using a till
  • Be capable of heavy lifting

Duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Taking cash and card payments on the tills
  • Stocking up the centre and ensuring stock is displayed correctly
