Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Ganger on a temporary, ongoing basis, working full-time hours located in the County of Denbighshire.

With an immediate start available, this role requires an individual who has previous experience in a similar Ganger/Team Leader role, overseeing a group of Skilled Operatives on projects in the North Wales area. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in Deep Drainage or Pipelaying work, and relevant qualifications for supervising on-site.

Hourly pay: £13.30

The Role:

  • Supervise and lead projects to ensure all on-site work is delivered
  • Manage a team of Skilled Operatives and outline tasks clearly for work to be completed
  • Ensure all required plant and materials are ordered for works
  • Practice safe working methods including the completion of risk assessments
  • Working with the traffic management teams

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role working within Deep Drainage or Pipelaying projects
  • Relevant Qualifications are essential including CSCS Card, SSSTS, Confined Space, HSG47, NRSWA
  • CPCS Excavator ticket is beneficial
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ideally immediate availability
