Rapidly growing Investment Firm is currently searching for an Fund Administration Assistant to add to their Fund Finance team.

Investing across a broad range of asset classes, including Private Equity, Alternatives, Infrastructure, Credit and Real Estate, the company is growing at a rapid rate. Over the next 6 - 12 months this role will prove key in facilitating growth across the Operational side of the business, developing over time to pick up a range of responsibilities majoring on Fund Accounting.

Key initial responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, accounting and operational support across a range of funds and investment structures.
  • Payments processing and review.
  • Supporting the compliance team with KYC processing.
  • Liaison with third party service providers and counter-parties, including administrators, auditors and operating partners.
  • Review of lender compliance reporting and associated accounting information.
  • Contribute to the development of the Europe finance function through process improvement, efficiency programmes and reducing operational risk.
  • General ad-hoc analysis and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2:1 or above at degree level in a relevant subject (Accountancy, Finance, Economics, etc.)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Fund Accounting / Fund Administration role
  • An ambition to complete an Accounting Qualification
  • Strong interpersonal skills

This is an ideal role for budding Fund Accountants who have made a start within the industry, to make a step up into a global investor and have exposure to the entire spectrum of main asset classes. This role will pay upwards of £30,000 with a guaranteed annual bonus of 15%. Study support towards your Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is also included.
