Job Title:Implementation Consultant - 1 year contract

Location:Hybrid working from home & either our Cheadle or Chertsey offices (Chertsey is moving to Staines Sept 2022)

The Role

ADP’s Functional Consultancy team are responsible for managing end to end client projects (project management) for the UK in which we implement our award-winning HR and Payroll systems.
  • To manage end-to-end client projects and implement client business on ADP’s solutions
  • Provide consultancy to the client in the analysis of the business offer
  • Perform project management, planning and analyse client requirements
  • Assist in creating the functional design (where appropriate), manage application configuration, data conversion, monitor project progress and perform system testing
  • Identify problems, assess impact, and determine solution
  • Undertake, co-ordinate and reconcile the migration of client data between third party systems and ADP software by agreed guidelines when required
  • Create, maintain, and provide implementation project schedule/timeline for client and structure to target live achievement dates
  • Perform client follow up visits as required
  • The post holder will frequently be required to travel to client locations throughout the UK & ROI, and may occasionally be expected to stay overnight where relevant (covid dependant)
You?
  • HR and/or Payroll experience, to best understand our client needs OR end to end implementation experience, preferable within the HCM space
  • The ability to communicate well at all levels and build solid business relationships
  • The passion to learn and build a career in implementation
  • UK based with right to work in the UK
  • Full valid UK driving licence
