Fully Remote Java Developer Role - HealthCare Platform - £55,000 - £75,000Are you passionate about Healthcare?Are you looking interested in developing and improving a platform that books over 6 million appointments per year?Has nearly 1 million patient records?If you’re looking for a technically challenging and rewarding role – you’ve just found it! I’m looking for a Java Developer to support in the re-engineering of a healthcare platform, they want to be more “cloud native”, splitting out a core set of services (Java, Spring Boot) on Azure using App Services, Docker, Terraform, Redis etc… Does this sound like you?They plan to decompose their monolithic platform to more cloud native and are looking for someone with Monolithic to microservices migrations- the front end needs updating too and they plan to introduce either React or Angular to replace the outgoing GWT Front End – lots of work to get your technical teeth stuck into! If you like a challenging role – this is it!!They are looking for an experienced Java Developer who has experience in:Java 8/JEESpringBootREST APIAzure/AWS/GCP – they currently use AzureAn understanding of DevOps (Terraform/Docker)For testing they use JUnit, Mockito and Arquillian – experience of these would be great Any experience of Angular or React development would be great but not essential.
