Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE SRA/ CILEx/ CLC to join our team in Bridgend.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of conveyancing transactions for clients, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters. The role will also include office supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • SRA, CILEx or CLC qualification, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Expertise of conveyancing transactions covering the sales, purchases, remortgages and leaseholds for freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Demonstrable experience of handling a large case load of property transactions independently.
  • Prior experience in working in fast-paced environment to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage and build client relationships.
  • ​Previous management/ supervisory experience desirable.
