We have an amazing opportunity for you to work with one of our prestigious financial clients, Lloyds Banking Group. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and most importantly a caring person to join our contact centre team to support our customers.

  • There’s no need for any previous financial services experience - we’ll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 6-week training programme.

Location: Pitreavie Park, Dunfermline, KY994BS

Division: Customer Contact

Pay Rate: £11.65

Contract: This will be an on-going contract with permanent opportunities available!

Hours: Full Time (35hrs per week)

Working 5 days out of 7
Shifts are between 11:00am - 21:00pm

Hybrid options available after 3 months!

You will take inbound customer calls and do your best to help the person at the other end of the line.
You will show care and understand what matters to them and if you don’t know the answer then you’ll have access to plenty of colleagues that do.
From day one you will learn all about the bank’s products, processes and systems and you’ll learn how to respond to queries quickly and become better every day.

  • Passion to put yourself in the customers shoes, show empathy and be dedicated to resolving their query.
  • The commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer.
