Join South Coast Home Care as part of our small, friendly care team today, providing outstanding levels of care to people in their own home across the Chichester area.

Experience in care preferred but NOT essential-

- £100 welcome bonus once induction and training passed/completed!

- Pay at £11.48 per hour in the week and £12.25 per hour at weekends BUT if you do not go off sick in a month you receive an extra 20p per hour.

- You set your availability! We have a two week rota pattern once you set your own availability- you’ll always know when you’re working and when you’re not so can actually plan a work/life balance.

- Fantastic overtime rates- starting at £16 per hour for the first 4 hours then up to £20 for two hours then £22 per hour for the rest of the day!!

- Paid mileage at 45p per mile

- Travel time also paid!!

- Double pay on bank holidays

-PAID TRAINING AND GET STARTED WITH NO OUTLAY!! We pay for DBS!

- Full training programme and ongoing support given and same customer base to build person-centred relationships and consistency of care.

- On call support at all times

-Must have full UK driving license and own car.

- Every other weekend off
