We are recruiting for Day and/or Waking Night Support Worker for our clients who run residential care homes and supported living services for Children, Adults or Elderly clients who have learning disabilities or mental health. Areas we cover:
  • Bristol & South Gloucestershire
  • Gloucestershire: Gloucester & Cheltenham
  • Somerset: Bath, Bridgwater, Burnham-On-Sea, Chard, Taunton, Weston-Super-Mare & Yeovil
  • Wiltshire: Swindon & Trowbridge
  • Devon: Exeter Main Job Role:
  • Support clients with everyday duties (cooking, cleaning, laundry & shopping)
  • Manage them through their Support Plans (maintain good health and diet)
  • Assist them with any activities or day centres they attend to
  • Accompany them out & about in the community (bank appointments & health visits)
  • Encourage them with future goals they would like to achieve Qualifying Candidates:
  • Must have 6 month experience in the UK care industry within the last 2 years Contract / Terms:
  • Pay will be a minimum of £11.40 an hour or more (depending on shift and service you will be working) which works out at £28,454 a year if you did 48 hours a week
  • Sleep ins are minimum of £10 an hour or more (depending on shift and service)
  • 0 hour contract (work when you want)
  • Day shifts can start from 7am and finish by 11pm
  • Waking night shifts can start from 8pm and finish by 9am Benefits (pro rota):
