FUEL SYSTEMS ENGINEER

NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE WITH A LEADING AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE COMPANY FOR A FUEL SYSTEMS ENGINEER

  • £55ph inside IR35
  • Initial contract until December 2024
  • Onsite in Filton
  • 35 hour working week

WHO WE ARE?

We are a globally recognized Aerospace and Defence company, looking to employ a Systems Engineer who specialises in Avionic Fuel Systems. You’ll be joining a team who work on the airworthiness and development of long range and widebody aircrafts.

WHAT WILL THE FUEL SYSTEMS ENGINEER BE DOING?

  • Reviewing of supplier Equipment Design Evolution sheets
  • Qualifying equipment
  • Supporting with queries on test failures
  • Supporting the production line with torque knowledge and improvement projects
  • Providing inputs to modifications including variant changes, performance changes and equipment updates

WE NEED THE FUEL SYSTEMS ENGINEER TO HAVE….

  • A background in Aerospace Engineering
  • Avionic Fuel System experience
  • Real time system controlling experience ideally with MATLAB or Simulink
  • Experience engaging with suppliers
  • The ability to go through a BPSS check
