We’re looking for a front-end developer that will be the lead on the technical execution needed to integrate our Kibo Personalization Services with other web/mobile applications. This person will work closely with our project managers and provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the life of an implementation project.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties
  • Partner with Implementation Project Managers to integrate Kibo Personalization services into client platforms including web eCommerce, mobile eCommerce, contact center and in-store applications.
  • Perform SQL Server database set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting for product data feeds, live data collection, and other programmatic interactions with client websites and third-party eCommerce providers
  • Provide technical leadership on integration projects, identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Perform tasks associated with setting up, receiving, analyzing, processing, modifying, and troubleshooting JSON, XML and text-based product catalog feeds from clients and loading their data into client specific APIs
  • Support technical briefing meetings to explain the Kibo Personalization platform to clients and help them prepare for implementation projects
  • Effectively interact with technical and non-technical client stakeholders through verbal, visual, and written communication.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with web development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS), asynchronous programming, and tag management software platforms
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience implementing enterprise level software – especially SaaS.
  • Familiar with browser development and debugging tools
  • Experience with data integration utilizing web services and JSON
  • Experience with GitHub, Grunt, Gulp or similar build tools
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar
  • Experience with product catalogs, importing data and custom scripting
  • Passionate about keeping up to date with fast moving technology
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field a plus
