Front of House Supervisor required for busy public house

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic front of house supervisor to support the owners in the day to day running of the bar and dining areas. You will ensure everything runs smoothly during your shift and have responsibility for key areas. This role involves the day to day management of all the food service, including our Restaurant, Bar and Events areas. This is a hands on role, leading the team from the front and assisting the management in the growth of this privately owned public house in a beautiful location.

The ideal candidate must have

• Experience in Supervisor roles
• A proven track record of providing the highest standards of service both in style and warmth and the ability to provide top skills in customer care and the highest standards of service.
• Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Calm under pressure with a track record of training and developing staff
• You must have the ability to delegate and motivate in equal measures. Be motivated by a passion for quality and service
• High standards and sound knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Experience in increasing sales through innovation and Marketing
• Able to work to tight deadlines and to make quick decisions.
• Interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
• Must hold a driving license
• Good understanding of individual customer requirements and care whilst meeting required service levels.
• Strong leadership
• Great Attention to detail, organizational skills and ‘can do’ attitude
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conversing with people of all levels
• Assist the Management in the day to day running of the Food & Beverage operation

35-40 hours a week including split shifts, evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
