Barista

Job Description: Front of House Barista Staff

Location: The Garden Restaurant within Chepstow Garden Centre

Working Pattern: Various Shift Patterns Available

We are currently looking for experienced Front of House Barista Staff, candidates will need to have high standards, a good work ethic and a good level of flexibility.

Main Duties/Tasks:

  • Serving customers with the highest standard of Hot Beverages
  • Taking orders
  • Clearing tables
  • Delivering food and beverages to tables
  • Replenishing stock

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Good communicator
  • Good team player, driven by the desire to deliver 100% customer satisfaction
  • Flexible with working hours due to the nature of the business
  • Health and Safety conscious
  • Able to use own initiative

Salary and Company Benefits:

  • Starting salary exceeds age related minimum wage
  • No Evening Work
  • 28 days annual leave including paid Bank Holidays, pro-rata basis for part-time employees
