We are looking to recruit and experienced well-presented, part-time Front of House team member

You must be computer literate and able to offer a high level of customer service both over the phone and face to face, as well as working well under pressure.

Candidates are required to have a minimum of 1 year full time experience in a similar role.

Candidate Competencies:

  • A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
  • You should be a hard working proactive individual that can work well with a team
  • Ability to deal with clients efficiently over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Highest level of communications skills, verbally and written
  • Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with salon/spa software (preferred but not essential)
  • A very high standard of personal presentation
  • The ability to multi task is a prerequisite

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
