My client, near Lands End, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to oversee the operations of their bustling restaurant and bar.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of staff members, and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the front of house including running of the bar, restaurant & pantry.

You will be accountable for the profitability of the departments, the training, development & welfare of the teams that work within the departments and ensuring all budgets are adhered & targets met.

You will be accountable for the health & safety within the departments ensuring it is a safe place to visit, eat & work.

As front of house manager, you will also be responsible for inspiring the team to create a profitable yet memorable experience or visitors & guests.

Due to the location of the property, you must hold driving licence and have access to own vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.

Full time contract offering 45 hours per week, with an annual salary between £30,000 - £32,000
