Roxy Lanes are looking for a super organised on-the-ball front of house assistant to run the gaming / reception desk!
Thorough training will be provided but the ideal candidate will be I.T proficient, very friendly and helpful, extremely organised and thrives in a fast paced high pressure environment.
The role will include:
- Responsible for daily running busy reception ensuring smooth arrival
- going above and beyond to improve the guest experience
- Excellent phone manner, dealing high volume calls throughout shift
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Previous experience in Reception role
- Greeting customers
- Checking them into their bowling/pool/beer pong bookings
- Answering questions and queries about our gaming
- Coordinating bookings
- organising the days bookings
- staying ’on top’ of the booking system
- Answering the phone
- Taking payments for gaming
- Monitoring emails
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Shifts will mostly be weekends across Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun (12/2pm - 10pm)
Must be available key busy dates such as bank holidays and the Christmas period.
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
