** Front End Developer, Oxford or Fully Remote, £50k to £55k **

Avanti Recruitment is currently partnering with a friendly interactive digital agency who work with an impressive client list. You will be doing interesting and challenging work on complex responsive web applications. The Dev team are friendly and collaborative and love solving tricky problems using UX and engineering.

The role offers a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Front End Developer to step up and mentor other team members and move progressively into a Lead Developer role over time.

Ideal requirements;

  • 3+ years experience building responsive, web UI for complex applications with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Experience building responsive, component-based web apps with ReactJS and Vanilla JS
  • Experience with Webpack
  • Experience working closely with designers
  • An eye for maintainable code and architecture
  • An ability to work independently but also to know when to reach out for a second opinion
  • An ability to reason about your code and discuss advanced development techniques/patterns
