CUSTOMER SERVICE

· To greet & communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

· To promote the company and the Park at all times with a positive approach.

· Dealing effectively and efficiently with customer comments, whilst following company/park guidelines.

To ensure that you complete the company customer service programme “How Loud is your Happy” and aim to exceed the expectation of the customers.

ADMINISTRATION

· To ensure that Holiday requests are passed to your line manager for approval, at least 14 days prior to the required dates.

· You must adhere to the Parkdean Resorts administrative and cash handling procedures, as instructed by your line manager or administration manager, if applicable.

ROLE SPECIFIC

· Support on park “book before you leave” and upgrades as well as telephone generated enquiries

· To display a friendly, positive attitude to all customers to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained.

· To adhere to rules and regulations regarding Health & Safety, COSHH, uniform standards and personal appearance

· To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in reception areas.

· To ensure all guest enquiries, including telephone calls are answered efficiently

· To ensure that all Administration work is kept up-to-date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals and filing, Duty Manager report sheets, Maintenance and Housekeeping report books.

· To provide a professional link between guests and the Park Management team and to ensure that the Duty Manager is always kept informed of any guest problems.

· To operate tills as per company policy.

· To promote sales within all departments on park.

· To report any maintenance, structural and mechanical defects which may have an impact on the operation.

· To perform duties, as required, to ensure the smooth operation of the park.

· To complete insurance training underwritten by Ageas

· To complete pci/dss training that supports protection of payments and transactions to all customers

· You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.

Contract length: 4 months

Part-time hours: 16 per week
