Superstar receptionist needed for a busy Chiropractic Clinic.

Care for Health in Godalming are looking for an outgoing and hardworking receptionist to join our busy health practice. You will be supported throughout by the practice director and existing receptionists, alongside our experienced practitioner team.

Part time (approx 20 hours per week)

The job will consist of 3 shifts per week alternating weekly between 2 formats:

1) Thursday and Friday afternoons, and Saturday mornings

or

2) Tuesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday mornings.

  • Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills?
  • Are you able to run a front of house reception, delivering exceptional customer service to our patients?
  • Are you great at multitasking and have good IT, administration organisational skills?
  • Are you flexible to cover additional shifts when required (due to sickness or annual leave)?

  • You will run a busy front of house reception area with a wide range of duties including answering calls, booking in appointments, taking payments and delivering a 5 star service to our patients.
  • You will learn about chiropractic and sports therapy, and how you can help support our practitioner team.
  • You will also benefit from regular team social and educational events as well as FREE chiropractic and sports therapy care.
  • You will work in a relaxed and fun environment with a fantastic team of people.
