Independent, established PERE investment/management firm with pan-European portfolio, wants to hire a French-speaking Analyst into London team.

Multi-strategies, core to opportunistic, pan-European, commercial and residential
Responsible for asset managing existing portfolio (office and resi) and assisting with research, deal underwriting and DD for new deals in France
Will also manage valuations, reviewing reports and challenging assumptions
Will liaise with accounting team on portfolio performance reporting and analysis of business plan budget vs and actuals

Requirements

Fluent English plus French required, German in addition is a major advantage
Entrepreneurial and self-motived, excellent communication skills
Strong Excel skills, able to create and interpret financial models, proficient in Word and Powerpoint
Minimum 1+ years relevant real estate experience (real estate fund/business or professional services real estate team)
