Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods from origin to destination.
  • Liaise with carriers, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth freight movement.
  • Arrange and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Handle documentation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination. (1 year minimum)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., TMS, ERP systems).
