Are you passionate about travel and fluent in French or Italian? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Tour Leader for round tours of Scotland, catering to French and Italian-speaking travelers.

Position Overview:
As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and enriching the travel experience of our guests throughout their journey across the stunning landscapes of Scotland. From historic castles to picturesque villages, you will lead immersive tours designed to captivate and inspire our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting guided tours in French or Italian, providing insightful commentary on Scotland’s history, culture, and landmarks.
  • Ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests throughout the tour.
  • Facilitating seamless logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and dining arrangements.
  • Building rapport with guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of tour activities.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French or Italian (native or near-native proficiency).
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in tourism, guiding, or hospitality preferred.
  • Knowledge of Scottish history, geography, and attractions is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for travel and a genuine passion for sharing experiences with others.
