SMT GB are an industry-leading distributor of Volvo Construction Equipment; always on the look-out for the best people. We now have an opportunity for a full time Yard Person/Semi-Skilled Engineer at our Bruntingthorpe site.

Role

This role offers a great opportunity to support our busy site with keeping the yard organised as well as the opportunity to help in the workshop whilst also
  • Receiving, dispatching, loading & unloading of machines
  • Completing booking in forms
  • photographing equipment
  • Stock management
  • Ensuring machines are parked correctly as per site rules.
  • Liaising with the Used Parts sales team

This Position Requires
  • A Full UK Driving licence
  • Previous experience or an interest in mechanics
  • Good communication skills
  • Happy to work outside in all weathers
  • Health and Safety knowledge
