What you need to know.

Our Vocational Tutors work flexibly, either from home, remotely, or office based. They are responsible for the blended delivery of innovative, engaging, and motivational learning sessions to our customers who require Functional Skills and Work Preparation Skills. They support with the delivery of training courses and group activities to leaners in search of employment. This includes facilitating accredited learning activities that enable their learners to identify, address & overcome individual barriers to work. They cover a wide variety of sectors including Retail, Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading, Warehouse, LEAN/Manufacturing, Call Centre, Health and Social Care, Hospitality and Catering, and Construction.

How can you stand out?

You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best. You should have some relevant and recent Warehouse training experience, ideally gained within the Adult Education sector. You will need to hold a Teaching/Assessing/Training qualification as a minimum and Level 2 Functional Skills. You should be a confident communicator who is able to build valuable relationships and be happy working to and delivering against targets. Ideally you will have experience in delivering at least one of the below.
