Warehouse Operatives - DAYS and AFTERNOON shifts available.

Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with a leading retail supplier in Lutterworth - LE14, who are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team.

Attendance bonus applicable after every successive week worked!

About The Role As a Warehouse Operative
  • MINIMUM 1 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
  • OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE WAREHOUSE
  • SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS (WITH PERMANENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES)
  • £337 - £366 per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • DAY SHIFT: 6.00 AM - 14:00 PM
  • AFTERNOON SHIFT 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM
  • Overtime is £12.26 per hour.
Your Responsibilities As a Warehouse Operative
  • Working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment.
  • Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
  • Working towards set daily productivity target.
  • You will be reporting directly into the shift and team managers.
The Ideal Warehouse Operative Profile
  • MINIMUM 1 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
  • physically fit and comfortable with lifting heavy loads up to 20kg.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Reliable with a desire to succeed.
  • Target driven / motivated.
  • Good English communication
  • Initiative and the ability to solve problems.
