Here at Thorn Baker Recruitment we’re looking for warehouse operative (VAS leader) for one of our clients based at Magna Park in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. The position is on a temp to perm basis with great benefits and training opportunities.

Must know information:

  • Monday to Friday 14:00-22:30pm.
  • Need to be able to travel
  • Warehouse experience is required.
  • The role comes with responsibilities and a sense of leadership, training will be provided to support the role.
  • PPT / counterbalance license would be an advantage.

Daily duties:

The main duties are being able to complete aspects of the logistics process from receiving goods, picking, packing, labeling, tipping containers and wrapping pallets. The products handled are typically all manner of home electrical products such as kettles, toasters, food processors and microwaves.

There are elements of heavy lifting and carrying boxes around.

If you’ve the can do attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and has great attention to detail then this may be the position for you.
