Role Purpose:

• To lead the work activities of the site providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management for the workforce
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels
• Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI’s
• To promote Health & Safety to the site and and to work in a safe manner

Requirements:

• Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable
• Experience of working within a warehousing environment desirable
• Previous experience of working within a Team Management / Supervisory role essential
• Ability to building and develop teams essential
• Working as part of a team / own initiative essential
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) essential
• Literacy and numeracy essential
• High school / secondary education essential
