Current Intake And Requirements

x11 warehouse operatives

We are looking for warehouse operatives who have worked previously within the warehousing/logistics sector, you will be supporting the inbound operation prior to outbound going live on the site, PPT licence and experience preferred but not necessary as full training can be provided.

x4 FLT Reach drivers

Experienced and competent Reach truck drivers required - with valid and in-date licence

Hours of work

During the first week of training your hours will be Mon to Fri 08.00 - 16.00

Week 2 you will be working either 06.00 - 14.00 or 08.00 - 16.00 or 10.00 - 18.00 Mon to Fri

We are looking for flexible staff who are able to support the business across the day shift covering Mon to Fri operations

Longer term the site will operate 3 shifts, 6-2/2-10/10-6 and you would work on a set shift pattern, could moving to any 5/7 shifts- you would be perm with the client at this point.

Fantastic Pay

A day one rate warehouse Operative will receive a basic pay rate of £9.41ph + an 80p ph attendance bonus for a full 40 hours worked per week - giving you an hourly wage of £10.21ph

Overtime is paid at £13.87ph after 40 hours per week

Once you are perm with the client your hourly wage will be £9.54ph + 80p ph attendance bonus for a full 40 hours worked per week - giving you an hourly wage £10.34ph

Overtime once perm will be paid at £14.06ph after 40 hours per week

Reach truck drivers will be paid £10.19ph + an 80p ph attendance bonus for a full 40 hours worked per week - giving you an hourly wage of £10.99ph from day one

Overtime is paid at £15.04ph after 40 hours per week

Start Date

Mon 26th July, however the client would like staff to commence Mon 19th July where possible based in one of their current distribution centres in the Midlands to gain a better understanding of the client and their processes/systems etc..
