Due to expansion, we are seeking a Trainee Surface Mount Technician to perform machine operator processes over our 3 Surface Mount Lines, including: Start-up, loading programmes, production runs, and shutdowns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitting
  • Feeder Setup/ Splicing
  • Machine Setup
  • Stencil Setup
  • Pasting
  • Oven Setup

Qualifications & Experience:(Ideal but training will be given)

  • Knowledge of safety and operation of Pick-n-Place machines, ovens, printers, conveyer and Vapour Phase oven.
  • Understanding of I-Pulse M10-M20 is advantageous
  • Component identification knowledge
  • Understanding of solder paste print process
