We are currently recruiting a Stock Controller.

Key accountabilities will be:

Monitoring all operating stock systems, identify stock adjustments and investigate root causes.

Control stock throughout the business to ensure we deliver the require standard and identify areas where we have a shortfall in delivering planned requirements.

Check and monitor processes making recommendations for any adjustments necessary to achieve product and process specification.

Liaise with factory management, planning department, departmental managers, end users, IT staff and Technocal department at various sites.

Facilitate factory weekly/monthly and yearly financial stocktakes.

Responsible for adminsitration and documentation generated from stock movements.

Responsibe for all stocktaking functions throughout the site.

Encourage and improve system operators knowledge of the systems that they are using.

To initiate and innovate projects to achieve better working practices.


Skills and knowledge:

Have an excellent knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office software

Ability to work under pressure

Self-Motivated

Problem solving

Good communiaction skills

6 - 12 months experience in operations/similar work
