We are currently looking to recruit two experienced Shift Managers in our Technology sector, based at one of our Magna Park facilities to plan, direct and coordinate the Operation.


How you will contribute

  • You will have responsibility and control of the Lutterworth 2 Operation ensuring the highest level of service is available at all times.
  • You will monitor the internal and external handovers between departments to ensure clean and complete transfer of product both internally and to external carriers.
  • Coordination of all shift activities within the Operation including productivity, cost control, resource utilization and service achievement.
  • You will also be responsible for all H&S on site during your shift period.
  • The ability to work under pressure in an ever changing environment and be able to deal with priorities and deadlines as required.
  • You must be flexible in line with operational requirements.
  • There may also be a requirement to travel both locally and abroad to support other syncreon sites, as and when required.


Your Key Qualifications

  • Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in Warehouse Management with Inventory and Customer / Supplier interface, managing a workforce of 50+.
  • You will have knowledge of WMS’s and be competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.


Additional Information

  • Shifts available: 12:00 to 20:30, Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, one Sunday worked every 4 weeks with a rostered day off and 20:00 to 06:30 Monday to Thursday only.

    Salary: £34,000.00 per annum.
