About the role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will understand their business goals and the solutions we create for them to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements, Skills & Experience

• Be an advocate for our clients. Promoting new and repeat sales.
• Building and maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Act as an intermediary between customers and n-Coders. Being a dedicated contact for customers.
• Provide support, updates and information to customers based in an in-depth understanding of project requirements and status.
• Oversee and ensure that projects are delivered to agreed service targets and budgets.
• Monitoring and assessing performance ensuring that n-Coders meet defined SLA.
• Consistently analyse and improve processes.
• Creation of formal quotes and tender documents with attention to detail.
• Creation of reports and presentations for customers and n-Coders departments.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through great customer service.
