Job Summary
Here at Avantor, We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist, Commercial Excellence to support our Sales Enablement initiatives, initially on a 12 month FTC
What you’ll do on a day to day basis:

  • Further develops, maps-out and monitors the operating plans for core elements of the sales enablement program
  • Coordinates all training activities including trainer- and venue booking, nomination- and invitation process, venue booking, creating, and providing training materials such as job aids, training tools and presentations
  • Manages the accreditation process of the Sales Coaches and Facilitators and coordinates train-the-trainer activities
  • Identifies and oversees ongoing training and upskilling of the Sales Coaches and Facilitators as required
  • Supports further development and administration of the sales enablement virtual and online training resources
  • Acts as the sales enablement initiative contact for key stakeholders
  • Promotes sales enablement initiatives internally and drives engagement and communications programs for the Sales Coaches, -Facilitators, Alumni, and potential participants; this may include the creation and maintenance of web content on Avantor’s intranet
  • Further develops Knowledge Management strategy and ensures that relevant stakeholders are able to access relevant sales enablement tools, templates and information easily
  • Collects and shares success stories
  • Continuously measures KPIs and determines the impact of training
  • As required, contributes to and performs other incidental and related duties
  • Ensures that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Avantor values.
What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales enablement, human resources, organizational, training development or related field).
  • Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience (with a strong background in project management, communication, training facilitation, course/content development, and coaching).
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the talent management lifecycle and adult learning principles
  • Has gathered initial experience in
    • organizational development / change management
    • lean methodologies, and tools
  • Broad understanding of the business and its product & service portfolio
  • Exposure to sales training methodologies
  • Fluent in oral and written English, preferably 1 or 2 more languages
  • Strong content delivery and facilitation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational, matrix environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and MS Teams necessary.
