The encryption software market is expected to reach $8.7 billion by 2025 – and the competition for it is fierce. This is the fast growth and competitive marketing space that this companyoperates in and it’s no passing fad. They are a 20-year-old SaaS developer and recognized leader of encryption solutions for a range of markets – Financial Services, Pro Services, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.

They are currently looking for a Director, New Business, Nordics to help grow business revenues and customer adoption. The ideal candidate will be the driving force to raise business opportunities for company products and solutions. You must have a proven track record of selling in the Tier 1 enterprise segment with experience within especially the Fin Serv, Pro Serv verticals and be able to deliver against ambitious revenue targets. This role is a business development role and will be accountable for driving new revenue through the development of new high end enterprise prospects .

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit new prospects into the pipeline
  • Effectively present to C-Level stakeholders high-level value proposition with ability to customize the presentation depending on the needs of the customer.
  • Develop a strong understanding of their encryption platform and be able to communicate this to successfully grow new prospects.
  • Be an expert in the sales process and on sales execution.
  • Achieve revenue targets through new customer relationships.
  • Identify and engage with prospects and partner at the executive level
Profile Description

University Bachelors degree.

SAAS Sales 5 years minimum.

Knowledge of the encryption and/or the security services sector

Selling into Nordic financial services, professional services, Health and legal space.

Ability to develop a pipeline of new business within the region

Ability to work remotely - most likely either in a Nordic country or the UK.

Likely to speak a Nordic language and fluent English.

Must have working rights for the country in wghich they are located.
