Job Description

Your Responsibilities Are But Not Limited To

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivering the 360 recruitment process. Ensuring the delivery of all permanent and temporary recruitment requirements are delivered within the overall business growth.
  • Managing a team of 6 recruiters
  • Reporting on the KPI and performance data
  • Making sure the companies policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the recruitment process
  • Guiding the team on recruitment for permanent, temporary, sub contractor and FTC’s roles
  • Making sure you communicate the progression to the relevant stakeholders
