Closing date: 12:00, Monday 19 July 2021The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in supply chain or manufacturing
- Brewing & Distilling Diploma or certificate in packaging, would be an advantage
- Exceptional people leadership skills with experience of managing large teams effectively
- IOSH Managing Safely certificate or equivalent
- Food Safety Level 3 or above and HACCP qualification
- FMCG experience in a production environment and experience of working in the Scotch Whisky Industry, would be an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems would be beneficial
- Excellent IT skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing/bottling environments and HMRC regulations, would be desirable
- An ability to manage a busy workload, be a self-starter, planning effectively and working consistently to tight deadlines, and able to consistently deliver on deadlines and performance targets
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) across multiple departments, with a variety of stakeholders (internally and externally)
