Operations Director - Midlands BasedWe have been asked by our client to recruit for this senior, pivotal position within this very established and successful recruitment businessTo £80k negotiable salary DOE + car allowance + bonus - generous OTE potentialA board level appointmentExec benefits packageBrief Job DescriptionMy client is looking for an experienced recruiter to take over its complete service / delivery operations, manage an already successful team, grow, and develop a busy and diverse multi-sector client base across the East and West MidlandsThe Challenge
  • Manage / support and develop your existing teams / sites within corporate plans
  • Key account development / management
  • Established team - strong people skills / management experience a must
  • Convert board level strategy to an operational and deliverable plan for the business
  • Assume full responsibility for the customer service side of this successful agency
  • You will be given complete autonomy to run the op’s side of business
