An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Training Administrator position based in Bittesby House, Lutterworth .This position is a vital link in the administrative chain for Operational Training. Based at Bittesby House, Lutterworth, you will be supporting the Operational Training Services Manager with the day-to-day administration of training courses, meetings, and room bookings. You will be working with trainers, ensuring they have all the administrative support they need to deliver high quality training. Hours: 37.5hrs Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Salary: Up to £23,600 per annum. For this position you MUST possess a driving licence.
How will you contribute?
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance (for Awarding Organisations)
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Compiling reports on training outcomes using MYLearning
- Managing diaries for team members and putting training on the system.
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, where required
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues around training.
- Ordering resources as and when required.
What will you bring?
- A good level of English and maths
- Experience of working in an administrative role Preferably within a training environment.
- Demonstrate drive, energy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Be proactive, inquisitive with a passion for challenging teams to drive performance.
- Should be flexible and respond positively and accurately to internal and external customer enquiries.
- The ability to develop good working relationships at all levels.
- Have excellent IT skills and be able to understand and harness IT and systems to benefit the operation.
- Full Driver’s License holder
- Able to travel across sites as required. (desirable)
