My client, who are international logistics company are looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to their internal users. You will be using your problem-solving attitude to install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

Knowledge and Skills Required for the Role:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Office 365
  • Building and Deploying Hardware
  • Make basic hardware repairs / component replacements
  • Keep track of company IT hardware with regular audits
  • Microsoft Certification (**Advantageous**)
  • Knowledge of SQL Server (**Advantageous**)
